Hi. I would like to know if you could put a link on your website showing all the farms where your food comes from.

It would be great to see photos of your farming practices, video footage of how you treat your animals, and interviews with the farmers.

I would also like to know if your farms use any antibiotics (and if so, what kind in particular, and on what products).

Also, as a grocery chain that takes pride in healthy foods, I hope you can switch from vegetarian/corn-fed beef to strictly grass-fed, as vegetarian/corn feed is destructive to the animal's digestive system (can give a cow polio-like acidosis) if not fed antibiotics.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you take my suggestion with heart.

Hi,
I'm also very interested to know where the food at Sunflower Market comes from?

Recently I have been buying food directly from local farmers. It's great because I can visit the farm and I know exactly how the animals, eggs, milk etc are raised/produced. I would like to be able to have the same information about the food I buy at Sunflower Market so I can make responsible decisions.

I noticed that the creator of this topic posted their comment over 3 weeks ago and am wondering why there has been no reply thus far?

I agree. I would like to select products that are supposrting local producers and am better equipped to do that when there is labelling. Thanks for your great store!

I, too, would love to know where the meats and vegetables are coming from. I prefer to buy locally and, barring that, buy American. Without labeling, it is impossible to know where it is coming from, at which point I assume it is from outside the USA and don't buy it.

Naturally grown meat is great, but I would also like to know when you have grass fed/pastured beef, chicken and pork available. I find that I prefer the taste of these meats to industrially raised, corn fed animals.

Also, cheese seems to be a non-labeled item. Which cheeses are rbst free? Where are they made? This I would like to know.

Thanks to the consumer requests of non-rbst milk, we now know which brands provide milk without that hormone. What I would like to know is if there are any milks available from cows that are not corn fed and are pastured at least part of their life span.

Thanks,
Louisa
